SaintGallery offers clothing and fashion accessories intended for personal use.
Products are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur (colors, sizes, visuals).
ARTICLE 4 — PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included.
SaintGallery reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 5 — ORDERS
The customer selects products, adds them to the cart, and confirms the order.
An order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been validated.
SaintGallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of fraud, suspected fraud, or unusual activity.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

ARTICLE 7 — SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within the following timeframes:

- Australia: 7 to 9 business days
- Europe: 7 to 9 business days
- Rest of the world: 9 to 11 business days
Free shipping on orders over €50.

Delivery times may vary depending on carriers, logistics conditions, or customs procedures.
SaintGallery cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
ARTICLE 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 9 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Return conditions:
- Item unworn
- Item unwashed
- Item in its original condition
- Original packaging retained
Returns are free of charge.

Once the return has been received and approved, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
SaintGallery reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

ARTICLE 11 — LIABILITY
SaintGallery shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products or the website.
Liability is limited to the amount of the order.
